Located in the serene natural landscape of Kayaköy, Fethiye, this single-storey residence reflects a refined sense of contemporary minimalism. The architectural language is characterized by clean horizontal lines, monolithic masses, and a harmonious blend of rough natural stone and smooth plastered surfaces.

The design emphasizes clarity and calm, using large openings to blur the boundary between inside and outside. The stone walls root the structure to its context, while minimalist details and concealed joinery highlight the architectural purity. Generous overhangs provide shade and spatial depth to the terraces, offering comfortable semi-outdoor living areas.

Natural textures like wood, linen, and raw stone are paired with a subdued color palette of warm neutrals and soft greens. Interior spaces are organized with an open-plan layout, centered around framed views of lush courtyards and gardens—creating a living experience that is quiet, slow, and deeply connected to nature.

The project successfully reinterprets Kayaköy’s historical rusticity through a minimalist, timeless, and context-aware approach.
