This project is a residential design that harmoniously blends the timeless character of stone walls with the elegant simplicity of modern lines. The use of natural materials, soft tones, and fluid transitions in both interior and exterior spaces creates a warm and inviting living atmosphere.

The layout emphasizes functional organization while offering open and spacious living areas. The kitchen, living room, and dining area are resolved within a single open-plan volume, maximizing natural light and enhancing interaction among users. Matte lacquer and natural oak finishes are balanced with contemporary fittings, while rounded corner details provide soft transitions within the space. Built-in wardrobes and concealed cabinet systems address storage needs without disrupting the minimalist aesthetic.

In the master bedroom, rattan wardrobe doors and wooden textures, paired with natural daylight, offer a calming and serene ambiance. The bathroom features light-toned ceramics, an integrated basin design, and concealed lighting details to create a modern, elegant, and welcoming environment.

Outdoors, stone walls and wooden pergolas establish a natural aesthetic in harmony with the surroundings. Shaded seating areas, an outdoor kitchen, and living spaces centered around the swimming pool support a lifestyle well-suited to the Mediterranean climate. The landscaping incorporates olive trees, tropical plants, and stone pavements to create a sustainable and locally rooted garden identity.

Overall, this residence is defined by a contemporary living space where minimal aesthetics, functionality, and natural elements coexist. The consistent design language throughout interior and exterior spaces offers a peaceful and balanced living experience.
