This architectural project represents the renovation of an existing apartment building through a refined design approach that updates both the exterior and interior spaces. The intervention brings a contemporary language to the building by using clean lines, natural materials, and a balanced color palette that enhances spatial quality and modern living comfort.

On the facade, the project introduces a new rhythm with defined geometries and articulated balconies, enhancing visual interest while maintaining symmetry. The white façade is accentuated with dark cladding and wooden soffit elements that add depth and warmth. Vertical plantings soften the street presence and increase privacy, while the new pergolas on the garden side offer shaded outdoor living areas, seamlessly extending the interiors.

The interior design adopts a calm, sophisticated aesthetic with a strong focus on material richness and lighting. In the living areas, a neutral base is elevated by textured elements like wood paneling, stone surfaces, and layered lighting. Furniture is low, modular, and minimalist, aligning with the overall concept of subtle luxury and functional comfort. The kitchens are sleek and integrated, using high-end finishes and minimalist detailing to create a seamless, clutter-free atmosphere.
