ARCHITECTURAL PROJECT REVIEW

This project presents a timeless architectural approach, harmoniously integrated with nature. The primary architectural language is defined by the use of natural stone, referencing both the region’s geography and traditional textures while offering a contemporary interpretation.

Architectural Massing and Façade Design:

The building is composed of two stories, created with simple and clean geometric volumes. The stone cladding on the façades adds a sense of solidity and natural character. Large glass openings establish a strong relationship between the indoor and outdoor spaces, allowing natural light to flood the interiors at maximum capacity.

Landscape and Outdoor Space Usage:
The garden features a swimming pool surrounded by generous lounging and relaxation areas, encouraging an outdoor-oriented lifestyle. Comfort and aesthetics have been prioritized in the spatial planning. The use of natural landscaping and the preservation of existing trees enhance the organic character of the project.

Interior Design:
The interiors are designed with a minimalist and modern approach.

• The living room features natural wood cladding and light-colored textiles, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

• The kitchen and dining area are bathed in natural light, offering a very airy and livable space.

• In the bedroom, the warm pink walls and neutral-toned furniture provide a cozy yet sophisticated ambiance.

• The bathroom design stands out with a large round mirror and a freestanding modern bathtub, complemented by minimalist furnishings and indoor plants, evoking a spa-like feeling.

Material and Color Palette:
Overall, the project embraces a palette of stone, wood, light-toned textiles, and black detailing, achieving a very natural and serene aesthetic. This careful material selection ensures a timeless look and a calm atmosphere across all spaces.

General Evaluation:
The project successfully creates a minimal, functional living space that respects nature. Every detail highlights quality and simplicity. The strong connection between indoor and outdoor areas offers residents a peaceful and comfortable living experience. Especially in terms of material selection and spatial organization, the design stands out as exceptionally balanced and refined.
