THE GREY HOUSES | Fethiye,Faralya
This architectural project exemplifies a minimalist villa design, harmoniously blending modern lines with its natural surroundings. The overall structure features simple, clear, and robust forms, supported by extensive glass openings and exposed concrete surfaces. The incorporation of natural wood elements balances the coolness of concrete, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
An open-plan concept characterizes the villa’s interior design, merging the living room, dining area, and kitchen into a unified space, thus enhancing functionality and creating an airy, flowing environment. Grey concrete-effect flooring and textured walls contribute to the minimalist aesthetic.
The bedroom and bathroom designs emphasize integration with nature. The bedroom area visually merges with the exterior landscape through large glass facades. Light wood finishes and abundant greenery reinforce the sense of naturalness. The bathroom features an open shower concept and an oval bathtub, adding a contemporary and elegant touch to the space.
The outdoor area is conceived as an extension of the interior living spaces. The swimming pool directly adjacent to the villa connects seamlessly with a spacious terrace, fostering an enjoyable outdoor lifestyle. The landscape design emphasizes tropical plants and clean lines, effectively balancing architectural design with nature.
Ultimately, this project successfully offers residents both modern comforts and an immersive natural living experience.
